2008 — Indoor – led team in long jump (23-5 1/2) and triple jump (46-3 1/2)… won long jump at Iowa Open (23-5 1/2) and Jack Johnson Classic (23-3 1/2)… placed third in triple jump (46-3 1/2) and fifth in long jump (22-11 3/4) at UNI Open… Outdoor – NCAA regional qualifier in triple jump with a collegiate-best and winning 49-2 1/2 at Central Invite… that mark ranks fifth in school history and led team… also led team in long jump (23-4)… placed ninth in triple jump (48-2 3/4) and 10th in long jump (23-4) at Big Ten Championships… placed 13th in triple jump (47-1 1/2) at Drake Relays and second in long jump (23-0 3/4) at Central Invite… also competed in long and triple jumps at Hawkeye Invite (22-0 1/4, 46-10 1/2) and Musco Twilight X (22-8, 47-1 1/2)… letterwinner.

2007 — Indoor – won long jump at Hawkeye Invite (23-8 3/4) while competing unattached.

2006 — Indoor – Big Ten long jump champion… led team in long jump (24-8 1/2) and triple jump (48-3 1/2)… those marks rank sixth and fifth, respectively, on Iowa[apos]s all-time best performers list… NCAA provisional qualifier in long jump… placed 10th in triple jump (47-7) at Big Ten meet… Outdoor – qualified for NCAA regional in long jump (25-1 1/4)… won long jump with a collegiate-best 25-1 1/4 at Springtime Invite… that mark led team and ranks seventh on Iowa[apos]s all-time bests list… also led team in triple jump (48-0)… placed seventh in long jump (23-6 3/4) at Big Ten Championships… won long jump (24-3) at Iowa Musco Twilight VIII… placed third in long jump (24-8 1/2) and fifth in triple jump (48-0) at Drake Relays… letterwinner.

2005 — Indoor – led team in long (22-9 3/4) and triple jumps (47-10 1/2)… placed eighth in triple jump (47-10 1/2) and 22nd in long jump (21-8) at Big Ten Championships… won long jump at Gold Country Classic (22-9 3/4) and Hawkeye Open (22-4 1/4)… Outdoor – placed 12th in long jump (23-6) at NCAA regional… led team in long (24-1 3/4) and triple jumps (48-9 1/2)… placed fourth in long jump (24-1 3/4) and eighth in triple jump (47-11 3/4) at Big Ten Championships… won triple jump (48-9 1/2) and long jump (23-9 1/2) at Messersmith Invite… won triple jump (46-11 3/4) at Tom Botts Invite… ran on team-leading 400-meter relay (41.51)… letterwinner.

High School — long jump state champion as a senior, placing second in triple jump and high jump… scoring 26 team points at state meet for his team that won state title senior year… won triple jump at state meet junior year, placing sixth in long jump and high jump… two-time track and field athlete of the year… set school records in long jump (24-1) and triple jump (50-2)… best high jump mark was 6-6… lettered four-years in football at receiver, running back, punter and safety… first team all-area punter… coach was Ron Norris.
