2010 — Indoor – ran collegiate-best 3,000 meters at 8:15.48, a time which ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… anchored team-leading distance medley relay, earning a season-best 9:51.05 at the ISU Classic, a time which ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… ran season-best mile at the ISU Classic (4:10.01)… placed fourth in mile at Last Chance Qualifier (4:10.14)… placed fourth in the 3,000 meters at Jack Johnson Invite (8:31.53)… Outdoor – led the team in the 10,000 meters, earning a collegiate-best 30:02.31 at Big Ten Championships, which ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… ran season-best 1,500 meters (3:50.27) at Musco Twilight XI… ran season-best 5,000 meters at Drake Relays (14:33.73)… letterwinner. 2009 — Track – redshirted… Cross Country – placed 41st at Big Ten Championships (26:37) and 49th at NCAA Regional (32:28)… runner-up at Hawkeye Invite with collegiate-best 18:30 (6,000 meters), which ranks fifth in school history… also placed ninth at Iowa State Intercollegiate (26:26)… letterwinner.
2008 — Cross Country – won Hawkeye Invite (18:33) in collegiate debut… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors.
High School — won Class 2A state cross country title senior year (14:21)… placed fifth in 3,200 meters (9:13.12) at state track meet as a senior… named Athlete of the Meet at 2008 Illinois Prep Top Times Classic after winning indoor mile in a meet record-setting 4:13.72… placed 11th in 1,600 meters (4:13) at 2008 Nike Outdoor Nationals… four-time conference champion, winning two titles in cross country and two in track… four-time first team all-conference in cross country, earning all-state honors in cross country and track as a senior… track all-conference honoree senior year… two-time team captain… set school records in 1,600 meters (4:10), 3,200 meters (9:04), cross country three miles (14:21), and as part of 3,200-meter relay (8:04)… National Honor Society member… coached by Clint Lafary.
