2025 -- Indoor - Ran a collegiate-best 4:10.33 in mile at BU Hemery Valentine Invite... Outdoor - Led team in 1,500 meteres (3:50.08)... ran collegiate bests in 800 meters at Mike Fanelli Track Classic (1:54.39) and 1,500 meters at Bryan Clay Invite (3:50.08)... anchored team-leading distance medley relay at Drake Relays (9:54.74)... letterwinner... Cross Country - Competed in all six races... placed eighth in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite with a collegiate-best 18:12.9... that time ranks ninth all-time at Iowa... ran a collegiate-best 24:22.9 at Joe Piane Invite (8,000 meters)... Iowa’s second finisher at Pre-Nationals (25:17.9-8,000 meters)... ran a season-best 33:04.9 at NCAA Midwest Regional (10,000 meters).

2024 -- Indoor - Did not compete... Outdoor - Posted season bests in 800 meters at Mike Fanelli Track Classic (1:57.38) and 1,500 meters at ISU Alumni Invite (3:52.08)... Academic All-Big Ten... letterwinner... Cross Country - Competed in all six races... ran a collegiate-best 10,000 meters at NCAA Midwest Regional (32:31.9)... ran season bests in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (18:49.8) and 8,000 meters at B1G Championships (24:26.0)... Iowa’s B1G Sportsmanship Award winner... Academic All-Big Ten... letterwinner.

2023 -- Track - Did not compete... Cross Country - Ran season bests in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (18:46.9) and five miles at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (25:33.2)... ran season-best 8,000 meters at Badger Classic (26:03.5)... Academic All-Big Ten... letterwinner.

2022 -- Cross Country - Iowa’s top finisher at Illini Open (15th-25:49.4-8,000 meters)... ran season-best 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (19:11.2)... letterwinner. 

 

High School -- Three-time track state meet champion senior year, winning 800 meters, 3,200 meters, and as part of distance medley relay… posted state meet records in those events, and in 3,200 meters… named state meet co-MVP and Des Moines Register elite all-state honors, scoring 38 team points to help team to runner-up finish… placed second in 1,600 meters and fifth in 800 meters at state track meet… placed fourth at Class 2A state cross country meet as a junior and senior, helping team to a state runner-up finish sophomore year… set school records in 800 meters (1:55), 1600 meters (4:18), 3,200 meters (9:16), and as part of distance medley relay (3:31)… coached by Dale Vanderwilt and Andrew Hamer… four-year honor roll student and National Honor Society president.
