2025 -- Indoor - Won 3,000 meters with a collegiate-best and team-leading 8:05.72 at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite... that time ranks sixth all-time at Iowa... ran a collegiate-best 4:10.14 in mile at Meyo Invite... Outdoor - Placed second in 3,000-meter steeplechase with a collegiate-best and team-leading 8:39.54 at Bryan Clay Invite... that time ranks second all-time at Iowa... placed third in 3,000-meter steeplechase at Drake Relays (8:43.84), ran event at NCAA West First Round (8:47.22), and placed sixth at B1G Championships (8:47.03)... ran second leg on team-leading 4x1,600-meter relays that clocked 17:16.86 at Drake Relays... USTFCCCA all-academic team member... letterwinner... Cross Country - Competed in five of six races... 2024 -- Track - Did not compete... placed second in 3,000-meter steeplechase at USATF U20 Championships (8:54.42), clinching spot on Team USA for World Junior Championships in Lima, Peru... that time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa... placed 29th in 3,000-meter steeplechase at U20 World Championships (9:33.17)... Academic All-Big Ten... Dean’s List student (Fall 2024)... Cross Country - letterwinner.

2023 -- Cross Country - Competed in five of seven races... ran collegiate bests in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (18:33.7), five miles at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (26:17.4), and 8,000 meters at Bradley Pink Classic (25:25.00)... letterwinner.

High School -- Three-time state qualifier, first-team all conference… all-state as a senior… conference champion as a freshman and sophomore…cross country team captain in senior year… 1,600-meter, 3,200-meter, and distance medley conference champion in track during senior year… state and Drake Relays qualifier in the 1,600 and 3,200 meter races… coached by Erik Belby, Nicholas Sacco, Kevin Sommer, and Trever Moore.

Personal -- Born January 25, 2005… parents are Paul and Bridget Knepp… has three siblings – Jake, Joe, and Libby… pre-business major.
