Flynn Milligan Season 2023-24

2024 — Track – did not compete.

2023 — Cross Country – made his collegiate debut at the Hawkeye Invite, placing 19th with a 18:40.0 in the 6,000-meter race… finished 42nd at the Badger Classic with a 26:00.4 in the 8,000-meter race… letterwinner.

 

High School — fifth-place finish at the state meet (15:35), conference and district individual runner-up as a senior… part of the state championship team as a senior … all-district and all conference scoring member of Dowling’s state championship team as a junior… four-time cross country letterwinner… Dowling home meet record holder in the 3,200-meter race… district runner-up in the 3,200-meter. 1,600-meter conference champion… three-time track letterwinner… coached by Tim Ives and Jarred Herring.

Personal — born February 3, 2005… parents are Mike and Megan Milligan… Mike was a football player at Iowa State… has two siblings – Roan and Liam… cinema major.
