2026 -- Indoor - Ran a collegiate-best 7.69 in 60-meter hurdles at New Mexico Collegiate Classic, which ranks sixth all-time at Iowa... placed fifth in 60-meter hurdles at B1G Championships (7.70)... won 60-meter hurdles (7.73) and ran a collegiate-best 6.78 in 60 meters at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite, earning Big Ten Men’s Track Athlete of the Week honors... won 60-meter hurdles at Iowa Open (7.70) and Larry Wieczorek Invite (7.80)... Outdoor - Ran lead leg on Drake Relays champion 4x100-meter relay (39.72) and team-leading 4x100-meter relay at Tom Jones Memorial (39.50)... ran lead leg on school record-setting shuttle hurdle relay that placed second at Drake Relays (56.25)... won 110-meter hurdles with a season-best 13.88 at Rittgers Invite... ran 110-meter hurdles at Florida Relays (13.90), Drake Relays (13.94), Tom Jones Memorial (13.98).

2025 -- Competed at North Dakota State... Indoor - Did not compete... Outdoor - Placed third in 110-meter hurdles at the Summit League Championships with school record-setting 13.62... also anchored team-leading sprint medley relay (56.51).

2024 -- Competed at North Dakota State - Indoor - Summit League 60-meter hurdles Champion with a school record-setting 7.75.

 

2023 -- Competed at North Dakota State... Indoor - Set then-school record in 60-meter hurdles (7.90)… placed third in 60-meter hurdles at Summit League Championships (7.94)… Outdoor - Led team in 110-meter hurdles (14.29) and as part of 4x100-meter relay (41.19).

Personal -- Interdepartmental studies major

High School -- Swept Class AAA state titles in 110-meter (13.83) and 300-meter hurdles (37.38)  as a senior… Top 40 in the U.S. among all high schoolers in both hurdle events for 2022… swept conference and section titles in hurdle events, and won the Hamline Elite title in 110-meter hurdles… ran five straight races under 39 seconds in 300-meter hurdles to close his senior season.
