High School — Named Class 2A Mr. Track, Sprinter of the Year and state meet MVP… earned all-state honors in the 100 meters, 200 meters, shuttle hurdle relay and 4x100-meter relay and elite all-state honors in the 200 meters… two-time state champion in the 200 meters, shuttle hurdle relay and 4x100-meter relay… two-time state runner-up in the 100 meters… team finished 3rd in state during junior and senior seasons, and three-time conference runner-up… helped team win two indoor state titles… won the 200 meters at the South Dakota Relays with a meet-record 21.22… won the Drake Relays 100 meters in a wind-legal 10.53… holds school records in the 100 meters (10.53), 200 meters (21.22), 4x100-meter relay (41.61), shuttle hurdle relay (57.66) and 4x200-meter relay (1:28.87)… earned two varsity letters as a wide receiver and cornerback in football, receiving all-district honors as a junior… lettered in wrestling as a freshman… coached by Jeff Koenck and Tony Leick… National Honor Society member and high honor roll honoree… served as 4-H vice president and participated in National Honor Society mentoring.
