2021 — Indoor – NCAA qualifier in 400 meters, earning honorable mention All-America honors… placed second in 200 meters (20.89) and 400 meters (45.40) at B1G Championships… both time lead the team, and the 400-meter time ranks second all-time at Iowa… won 200 meters (21.14) and 400 meters (46.28) at Larry Wieczorek Invite, earning Male Athlete of the Meet honors… Outdoor – two-time All-American… anchored team-leading 1,600-meter relay to fifth place (3:02.54), earning first team All-America honors, and placed 10th in 400 meters (45.94), earning second team All-America honors, at NCAA Championships… the relay time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… placed second in 400 meters with a team-leading 45.46, anchored 400-meter relay (39.67) to a second-place finish, and placed seventh in 200 meters (21.01) at B1G Championships… anchored team-leading 1,600-meter relay to ninth place at NCAA West Preliminary (3:04.71)… placed fifth in 400 meters at NCAA West Preliminary (45.49)… won 400 meters at Billy Hayes Invite (45.80) and B1G Invite #2 (46.14), and 200 and 400 meters at Fighting Illini B1G Relays (20.71, 46.72)… the 200-meter time ranks 10th all-time at Iowa… letterwinner.

2020 — Indoor – NCAA qualifier in 400 meters and as part of 1,600-meter relay, earning All-America honors in both events… three-time B1G Champion, winning 200 (20.85) and 400 meters (45.56), and anchored winning 1,600-meter relay (3:04.91)… named B1G Male Track Athlete of the Year and 2020 B1G Indoor Track Male Athlete of the Championships… set then-school record in 400 meters (45.56)… the B1G 400-meter time was SPIRE facility record, the 200-meter time ranks third and the relay time ranks third all-time at Iowa… won 600 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (1:16.55), which ranks third all-time at Iowa.
