2021 — Indoor – ran 60 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (6.97) while competing unattached… competed in 60-meter hurdles (7.99) and pole vault (14-7 1/4, 4.45m) while competing unattached… Outdoor – All-American… placed seventh in heptathlon at NCAA Championships (7,635 points)… placed second in 100 meters (10.73) and long jump (23-11, 7.29m), fourth in high jump (6-8 1/4, 2.04m), and ran a collegiate-best 1,500 meters (4:55.02) as part of NCAA Championships decathlon… placed second in decathlon at B1G Championship with a school record-setting 7,864 points… posted collegiate bests in 100 meters (10.61), 400 meters (50.45), long jump (24-9 3/4, 7.56m), and high jump (6-11 1/2, 2.12m) as part of B1G Championships decathlon… the high jump mark led team and ranks 10th all-time at Iowa… won long jump and high jump, placed second in 100 meters and 110-meter hurdles (14.45) and third in shot put (24-9 3/4, 7.56m) as part of B1G Championships decathlon… placed second in decathlon at Husker Invite (7,649 points)… posted collegiate bests in 110-meter hurdles (10.61), shot put (46-5 1/4, 14.15m), and pole vault (15-5, 4.70m) as part of at B1G Husker Invite decathlon… posted collegiate bests in discus (136-3, 41.54m) at Billy Hayes Invite, and javelin at B1G Florida Invite (182-4, 55.59m)… USTFCCCA all-academic team member… letterwinner.

2020 — Indoor – NCAA qualifier in heptathlon, earning All-America honors… won heptathlon with a collegiate-best and then-school record-setting 5,689 points at Sevigne Husker Invite… placed second in heptathlon at B1G Championships (5,639 points)… won 60 meters (6.84), long jump (23-3 1/2, 7.10m) and high jump (6-10 3/4, 2.10m) as part of Sevigne Husker Invite heptathlon… ran collegiate-best 60-meter hurdles at Black & Gold Invite (8.24)… USTFCCCA all-academic team member.

2019 — Indoor – USTFCCCA Central Region Field Athlete of the Year… USTFCCCA all-Central Region and all-conference honoree… placed second in 60 meters, high jump and pole vault, third in long jump and sixth in 60-meter hurdles at conference meet… conference men’s indoor track events performer of the week (12/3/18, 2/4/19, 2/11/19)… team captain… Outdoor – did not compete.

2018 — Indoor – NCAA heptathlon champion and All-American… placed seventh in high jump at NCAA Championships… USTFCCCA Central Region Field Athlete of the Year… USTFCCCA all-Central Region and all-conference honoree… conference champion in high jump, placing second in long jump, third in 60 meters and seventh in pole vault at conference meet… USTFCCCCA Men’s Field Scholar Athlete of the Year… conference men’s indoor field events performer of the week (12/3/17)… Outdoor – All-American, placing third in decathlon at NCAA Championships… USTFCCCA Central Region Field Athlete of the Year… USTFCCCA all-Central Region and all-conference honoree… won conference high jump title, placing third in pole vault, fourth in long jump, fifth in javelin and eighth in 110-meter hurdles… CoSIDA Academic All-American and All-District honoree… USTFCCCA all-Academic and academic all-conference honoree… earned team’s MVP award… letterwinner.

2017 — Indoor – USTFCCCA all-Central Region honoree… conference heptathlon champion, placing third in high jump and eighth in long jump at conference meet… conference men’s indoor field events performer of the week (12/11/16)… Outdoor – USTFCCCA all-Central Region and all-conference honoree… placed fourth in high jump, fifth in decathlon and sixth in pole vault at conference meet… placed 10th in high jump at NCAA Championships… USTFCCCA all-Academic honoree… earned team’s most valuable freshman award… letterwinner.
