2009 — Indoor – did not compete… Outdoor – ran season-best 800 meters (1:54.27) at Illinois Invite… also ran 800 meters at Big Ten Championships (1:54.57), Messersmith Invite (1:55.57) and Lee Calhoun Memorial (1:57.69)… academic all-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2008 — Indoor – ran third leg on team-leading distance medley relay that placed eighth (10:03.14) at Big Ten Championships… ran collegiate-best 600 meters (1:21.02) at Iowa Invite … Outdoor – ran third leg on team-leading distance medley relay (10:17.87) at Drake Relays… ran 800 meters at Big Ten Championships (1:54.38) … letterwinner.

2007 — Indoor – ran second leg on team-leading distance medley relay (10:24.54) at Gladstein Invite… Outdoor – ran season-best 800 meters (1:54.59) at Kip Janvrin Open… academic all-Big Ten.

2006 — Indoor – redshirted… Outdoor – ran season-best 400 meters (49.99) at Tom Botts Invite.

High School — placed fourth in 400 meters and second as part of 800-meter relay at state meet junior year… competed in 10 events at state track meet, placing in seven… two-time all-state defensive back in football… all-state infielder in baseball and all-conference in basketball as a senior… lettered four times in track and baseball and three times in football and basketball… National Honor Society members… four-year honor roll and student council member.
