2014 — Indoor – placed fourth in shot put at Iowa Invite (49-8 1/2, 15.15m), seventh at Big 4 Duals (48-11 1/2, 14.92m) and 16th at Bill Bergan Invite (47-8 1/2, 14.54m)… Outdoor – placed fourth in discus at Musco Twilight (153-11, 46.92m) and eighth at Arkansas Spring Invite (140-10, 42.93m)… Big Ten distinguished scholar… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2013– Indoor -placed second in shot put with acollegiate-best 54-9 1/4 (16.69m) at Iowa Open…placed 23rd in shot put at Big Ten Championships(52-1 3/4, 15.89m), second at Iowa Invite(52-0 1/2, 15.86m) and eighth at Bill Bergan Invite(50-0 3/4, 15.26m)… Outdoor – placed seventhin shot put at Jim Click Shootout (54-2 3/4,16.53m) and 19th in discus at Alabama Relays(149-3, 45.49m)… placed third in discus (148-6, 45.28m) and fi fth in shot put (51-21/4, 15.60m) at Musco Twilight XIV… placed seventh in discus (155-9, 47.47m) and10th in shot put (46-9 1/2, 14.26m) at Lee Calhoun Invite… placed 15th in discus(157-7, 48.05m) and 26th in shot put (51-7 1/4, 15.73m) at Drake Relays… palced20th in shot put (49-6 1/4, 15.09m) and 21st in discus (150-2, 45.79m) at DrakeRelays… letterwinner.

2012 — Indoor – placed fourth in shot put with a collegiate-best 53-3 at New Year[apos]s Classic… placed seventh in shot put at Iowa Invite (52-10 1/2, 16.11m), 10th at Iowa State Classic (51-10) and 21st at Big Ten Championships (52-1, 15.87m)… Outdoor – posted collegiate-best shot put at Big Ten Championships (52-4 1/2, 15.96m) and discus (167-11, 51.19m) at Musco Twilight XIII… placed fifth in discus (167-3, 50.98m) and ninth in shot (52-1, 15.87m) at Tom Botts Invite… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2011 — Track – did not compete.

High School — set school record in discus (186-6) and shot put (57-11 1/2)… placed second in discus and fourth in shot put at 2010 state meet, and third in discus at 2009 state meet… runner-up in discus and shot put at 2010 Drake Relays… three-time conference champion, leading team to two conference titles… coached by Dave Waskow and John Turpin.
