2011 — Indoor – placed third in mile (4:19.58) and fourth in 3,000 meters (8:52.59) at Illinois Open… Outdoor – did not compete… Cross Country – ran collegiate-best 31:34 (10,000 meters) at Chile Pepper Festival… also competed at Iowa Invite (26:42-8,000 meters), Roy Griak Invite (27:10-8,000 meters), Big Ten Championships (25:58-8,000 meters) and NCAA Midwest Regional (35:25-10,000 meters)… letterwinner.
2010 — Indoor – redshirted… Outdoor – ran lead leg on team-leading distance medley relay (9:42.97) at Drake Relays… that time ranks third all-time at Iowa…ran a collegiate-best 800 meters at the Iowa Invitational (1:55.11)… earned a collegiate-best in the 1,500 meters at Musco Twilight XI (3:52.78)… ran a collegiate-best 3,000 meters at Tiger Track Classic (8:36.12)… placed third in 1,500 meters at Razorback Invite (3:56.66) and fourth at Tiger Track Classic (3:52.96)… letterwinner… Cross Country – ran season bests at NCAA Regional (32:47-10,000 meters) and Bradley Classic (25:02-8,000 meters)… placed 65th at Big Ten Championships (25:33-8,000 meters)… also competed at Wisconsin Adidas Invite (25:21-8,000 meters) and Iowa Invite (26:28-8,000 meters)… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors.
