2013 — Indoor – NCAA qualifier, running a 7.726 in 60-meter hurdles prelims at NCAA Championships… Big Ten 60-meter hurdles champion, running a school-record 7.70 in the finals… broke his own 60-meter hurdles school record three times during the season… won 60-meter hurdles at Tyson Invite (7.73) and Bill Bergan Invite (7.74)… Outdoor – honorable mention All-American, placing 19th in 110-meter hurdles (14.04) at NCAA Championships… Big Ten Champion, running lead leg on winning 400-meter relay at conference meet (40.20)… placed second in 110-meter hurdles with a team-leading and collegiate-best 13.76 at Big Ten Championships… that time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… ran lead leg on 400-meter relay that placed third at Drake Relays (39.66), which ranks third all-time at Iowa… placed seventh in semifinal round of 110-meter hurdles (13.81) and ran lead leg on 400-meter relay that placed sixth (39.79) at NCAA West Preliminary… placed sixth in 200 meters with a collegiate-best 21.56 at Jim Click Shootout… won 110-meter hurdles at Jim Click Shootout (13.77) and placed fourth at Drake Relays (13.86)… won 110-meter hurdles (14.00), placed fourth in 100 meters (10.99) and 11th in 200 meters (22.39) at Lee Calhoun Invite… letterwinner.

2012 — Indoor – won 60-meter hurdles at Adidas Classic (7.78) and New Year’s Classic (7.87)… Outdoor – won 110-meter hurdles with a meet record-setting and team-leading 13.88 at Tom Botts Invite… won 110-meter hurdles at Musco Twilight XIII (13.90) and placed fifth at Big Ten Championships (13.97)… letterwinner.

2011 — Indoor – All-American, placing ninth in 60-meter hurdles at NCAA Championships (7.78)… runner-up in 60-meter hurdles at Big Ten Championships (7.83)… set school, facility and meet record in 60-meter hurdles (7.75) at Jack Johnson Classic, earning NCAA bid… won 60-meter hurdles at Jack Johnson Classic (7.81), Iowa Open (7.88) and Illinois Open (7.91)… Outdoor – ran collegiate-best 110-meter hurdles (13.79) and 200 meters (21.73) at War Eagle Invite… the 110-meter hurdles time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… won 110-meter hurdles (13.97) and palced fourth in 200 meters (21.78) at Musco Twilight XII… letterwinner.

2010 – Indoor – led team in 60-meter hurdles, earning a fifth-place finish at Big Ten Championships (8.02)… ran a season-best 200 meters at the Razorback Invitational (22.60)… placed second in the 60-meter hurdles (8.28) and fifth in the 200 meters (22.95) at the Iowa Open… placed fourth in the 60-meter hurdles at the Meyo Invite (8.03)… Outdoor – led team in 110-meter hurdles (14.06)… ran collegiate-best 400-meter hurdles (56.48) at Tiger Track Classic and season-best 200 meters at Razorback Invite (21.78)… won 110-meter hurdles at Lee Calhoun Memorial (14.17) and placed second at Razorback Invite (14.27)… letterwinner.

High School — seven-time state champion… set Class 3A state meet records in 110 (14.08) meter hurdles senior year… two-time Drake Relays 110-meter hurdles champion, setting a meet record of 14.04 senior year… set conference 110-meter hurdles record (13.8)… two-time elite all-state and two-time all-state selection… set school records in 110-meter hurdles (13.8), 400-meter hurdles (52.58) and 200 meters (21.9), and as part of 800-meter (1:29.6) and shuttle hurdle relays… coached by Josh Rasmussen.
