2014 — Indoor – won 800 meters at Big 4 Duals (1:55.81) and placed sixth at Husker Invite (1:53.61)… placed fifth in 600 meters at Iowa Invite (1:23.12) and ran event at Jack Johnson Classic (1:24.26)… Outdoor – ran 800 meters at Big Ten Championships (1:53.15), placing sixth at Arkansas Spring Invite (1:53.83), 11th at Musco Twilight (1:53.89) and 14th at Illinois Twilight (1:54.66), and ran event at Drake Relays (1:54.76)… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2013 — Indoor – placed third in 800 meters witha collegiate-best 1:49.29 at Iowa State Classic…that mark ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… ran 800meters at Big Ten Championships (1:50.83),placing sixth at Meyo Invite (1:50.58), third at Bill Bergan Invite (1:50.75) and second atISU Qualifier (1:50.91)… placed third in 1,000 meters with a collegiate-best 2:27.64 at IowaOpen… ran lead leg on team-leading distance medley relay at Big Ten Championships(10:02.02)… placed second in 600 meters at Iowa Invite (1:19.97) and third at adidas Classic (1:19.98)… Outdoor – ran lead leg on team-leading distance medley relay that placed fifth at Drake Relays (9:53.83)… that time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… placed eighth in 800 meters at Drake Relays (1:50.85), 20th at BigTen Championships (1:52.42) and fourth at Jim Click Shootout (1:52.79)… won 1,500 meters at Lee Calhoun Invite (3:55.15) and placed 13th at Alabama Relays(3:55.38)… letterwinner… Dean[apos]s List.

2012 — Indoor – placed sixth in 800 meters at Iowa State Classic with a collegiate-best 1:50.90… that time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… ran lead leg on distance medley relay that placed third at Big Ten Championships with a school record-setting 9:45.41… won 800 meters at Adidas Classic (1:52.00), placed second at Razorback Invite (1:51.72), seventh at ISU Qualifier (1:52.50) and 13th at Big Ten Championships (1:50.96)… runner-up in 600 meters at Iowa Invite (1:19.99) and placed third in 1,000 meters at New Year’s Classic (2:27.98)… Outdoor – ran collegiate bests in 800 meters (1:50.69) at Musco Twilight XIII and 1,500 meters (3:57.70) at Arkansas Spring Invite… ran lead leg on team-leading 3,200-meter relay at Drake Relays (7:38.15), which ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner… Cross Country – placed 43rd at Bradley Open (28:14-8,000 meters).

2011 — Indoor – ran lead leg on distance medley relay that placed fifth at Big Ten Championships with a team-leading 9:57.44… that time ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… led the team in 1,200 meters (3:06.27)… ran season bests in 600 meters (1:23.56) at Iowa Open and 800 meters at Iowa State Classic (1:53.66)… Outdoor – ran second leg on school record-setting 3,200-meter relay that placed second at Drake Relays in 7:23.77… posted collegiate bests in 800 meters (1:52.45) at LSU Invite and 1,500 meters (4:05.08) at Jim Duncan Invite… placed eighth in 800 meters at Musco Twilight XII (1:52.51) and second at Messersmith Invite (1:53.72)… letterwinner.

High School — three-time state qualifier in cross country… placed second in 800 meters at state track… placed 10th in the 2007 state cross country meet… set school record in 800 meters (1:53.26) and as part of 3,200-meter relay… Illinois State Scholar… National Honor Society and Beta Club member… coached by Tom Smith.
