2012 — Indoor – placed fifth in 400 meters at Iowa Invite (50.54), 12th at ISU Qualifier (48.61) and 21st at Big Ten Championships (49.01)… Outdoor – led team in 110 (13.74) and 400-meter hurdles (51.10) and as part of 1,600-meter relay (3:05.77)… placed 18th in 400-meter hurdles (51.68) and 19th in 110-meter hurdles (13.93) at NCAA Championships… placed second in 110-meter hurdles (13.74) and fifth in 400-meter hurdles (51.10), and ran third leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed fourth in 3:05.77 at Big Ten Championships… the relay time ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… placed 12th in 110 (13.80) and 400-meter hurdles (51.31) at NCAA West Preliminary… placed fourth in 110-meter hurdles (13.86) and 400-meter hurdles (51.17) at Drake Relays… won 400-meter hurdles (51.24) and placed second in 110-meter hurdles (14.01) at Musco Twilight XIII… letterwinner.

2011 — Indoor – All-American, running second leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed fourth at NCAA Championships (3:07.16)… also ran second leg on 1,600-meter relay that won Big Ten title (3:12.13) and set school record of 3:06.66 at Last Chance Qualifier… posted career best times in the 60 meter hurdles (8.08) and the 400 meters (47.85) at the ISU Classic… the 60-meter hurdles time ranks fifth in school history… ran third leg on winning 1,600-meter relay at Razorback Invite (3:07.84) and Iowa State Classic (3:08.85)… those times rank third and eighth, respectively, all-time at Iowa… placed seventh in 400 meters (48.48) at Big Ten Championships… Outdoor – placed 14th in 400-meter hurdles (51.06) and 22nd in 110-meter hurdles (14.06) at NCAA Championships, earning second team All-America honors… placed second in 110-meter hurdles (13.73) and 400-meter hurdles (50.65), while running lead leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed second (3:06.70) at Big Ten Championships, helping team to first Big Ten title since 1967… those hurdle times led team, were collegiate-bests and rank fourth and sixth, respectively, all-time at Iowa… placed 12th in 110-meter hurdles (13.80) and 400-meter hurdles (50.70), while running second leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed sixth (3:07.58) at NCAA West Regional… placed third in 110-meter hurdles (13.93) and seventh in 400-meter hurdles (51.01), while running third leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed second at Drake Relays (3:07.23)… won 400-meter hurdles at LSU Invite (51.85) and Musco Twilight XII (51.05), placing second at Sun Angel Classic (51.54)… letterwinner.

2010 – Indoor – redshirted…Outdoor – posted a season-best 14.49 in 110-meter hurdles at Big Ten Championships… competed in 110-meter hurdles at NCAA West Regional (40th, 14.91)… ran season-best 52.94 in 400-meter hurdles at Musco Twilight XI… won 110-meter hurdles at Iowa Invitational (14.87)… ran third leg on second place 1,600-meter relay at Musco Twilight XI (3:10.45)… placed second in 400-meter hurdles at Razorback Invite (52.83) and third at Iowa Invite (53.16).

High School — state champion in 110-meter hurdles as a senior and in 400-meter hurdles as a junior… two-time state runner-up in 400-meter hurdles, placing second in 110-meter hurdles, 800-meter relay and 1,600-meter relay once… six-time conference and district hurdles champion… also ran on conference and district champion 800 and 1,600-meter relays senior year… set school record in 400-meter hurdles (52.71)… other best times were 14.33 in 110-meter hurdles and 49.6 in 400 meters… three-time team MVP… two-time team captain… also lettered in swimming and cross country… two-time member of school’s 3.0 club… coached by Anthony Smith and Wes Golden.
