2015 — Indoor – ran mile at Big 4 Duals (4:18.35) and Border Battle (4:27.49)… Outdoor – ran 1,500 meters at Jim Duncan Invite (4:07.98).
2014 — Indoor – placed ninth in mile at Big 4 Duals (4:23.36), Bill Bergan Invite (4:25.53) at Iowa Invite (4:28.41)… Outdoor – anchored team-leading 6,400-meter relay to 10th place at Drake Relays (17:01.65)… that time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… placed 11th in 1,500 meters at Arkansas Spring Invite (3:59.88) and ran event at Musco Twilight (4:01.01)… Cross Country – ran season bests in 4,000 meters at Bulldog Classic (12:43) and 8,000 meters at Illinois State Invite (25:44)… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors.
