2014 — Indoor – placed ninth in mile at Big 4 Duals (4:23.36), Bill Bergan Invite (4:25.53) at Iowa Invite (4:28.41)… Outdoor – anchored team-leading 6,400-meter relay to 10th place at Drake Relays (17:01.65)… that time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… placed 11th in 1,500 meters at Arkansas Spring Invite (3:59.88) and ran event at Musco Twilight (4:01.01)… Cross Country – ran season bests in 4,000 meters at Bulldog Classic (12:43) and 8,000 meters at Illinois State Invite (25:44)… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors.
2013 — Indoor – placed 12th in mile at adidas Classic (4:21.04) and 17th at Bill Bergan Invite (4:17.58)… Outdoor – did not compete… Cross Country – competed in four of six races… ran season-best times at Hawkeye Early Bird Invite (13:24.65-4,000 meters), Black & Gold Invite (19:32.70-6,000 meters) and Roy Griak Invite (26:55.5-8,000 meters)… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.
