2018 — Indoor – placed second in pole vault with a team-leading 16-6 3/4 (5.05m) at Wieczorek Invite… that mark ranks third all-time at Iowa… Outdoor – placed 12th in pole vault with a team-leading and collegiate-best 16-7 1/2 (5.07m) at Big Ten Championships… that mark ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… placed 10th in pole vault at Drake Relays (16-2 3/4, 4.95m)… USTFCCCA all-academic team member… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2017 — Indoor – placed second in pole vault with a team-leading 16-4 3/4 (5.00m) at Larry Wieczorek Invite…placed 13th in pole vault at Big Ten Championships (16-4 1/2, 4.99m), second at Black & Gold Premier (16-2 3/4, 4.95m), Iowa State Classic (16-0 3/4, 4.90m) and Border Battle (16-0 3/4, 4.90m), and fifth at Hawkeye Invite (15-11, 4.85m)… Outdoor – placed seventh in pole vault with a team-leading and collegiate-best 16-7 1/2 (5.07m) at Big Ten Championships… that mark ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student… letterwinner.

2016 — Indoor – placed second in pole vault with a collegiate-best and team-leading 16-0 3/4 (4.90m) at Border Battle… that mark ranks ninth all-time at Iowa… placed 11th in pole vault at Meyo Invite (15-11 3/4, 4.87m)… Outdoor – placed third in pole vault with a team-leading 15-9 1/4 (4.81m) at Musco Twilight… Dean’s List student… letterwinner.

High School — two-time all-state selection in pole vault, following third- and second-place finishes junior and senior year… conference pole vault champion junior and senior season and meet record-holder (indoor, outdoor)… set school record in event (16-6)… team MVP senior season… state scholar and AP scholar senior year.

Personal — born October 13, 1996… son of Daniel and Patricia Jatis… has two sisters, Jessica and Mallory… pre-pharmacy major.
