2016 — Indoor – led team in weight throw (53-5, 16.8m) and discus (170-1, 51.84m)… posted collegiate-best shot put at Razorback Invite (59-0 1/4, 17.99m), which ranks ninth all-time at Iowa… placed third in weight throw at Border Battle (53-5, 16.28m) and ninth in shot put at Big Ten Championships (58-1 1/4, 17.71m)…letterwinner

2015 — Indoor – placed second in shot put (58-4 3/4, 17.80m) and third in discus (166-6, 50.74m) at Border Battle… placed third in shot put at Big 4 Duals (57-2 1/4, 17.43m), seventh at Husker Invite (54-11 1/2, 16.75m) and 15th at Big Ten Championships (55-9, 16.99m) and ISU Classic (53-9, 16.38m)… Outdoor – led team in shot put (56-3 3/4, 17.16m)… posted collegiate-best discus (172-8 1/4, 52.63m) and competed in shot put (52-10 3/4, 16.12m) at Musco Twilight… placed 13th in discus (168-11, 51.48m) and 15th in shot put (56-3 3/4, 17.16m) at Big Ten Championships… placed 12th in shot put at Mt. SAC Relays (53-2 1/4, 16.21m) and 17th at Drake Relays (52-10, 16.10m)… competed in discus at Beach Invite (158-11, 48.45m)… competed in shot put and discus at Baldy Castillo Invite (49-11, 15.21m; 156-4, 47.66m) and Florida Relays (52-9 1/4, 16.08m; 158-4, 48.25m)… letterwinner.

2014 — Indoor – placed third in shot put at Iowa Invite (52-10 1/4, 16.11m), 10th at Jack Johnson Classic (52-2, 15.90m), 15th at ISU Classic (50-11 1/2, 15.53m) and 19th at Big Ten Championships (50-8 1/4, 15.45m)… placed sixth in shot put (50-0 3/4, 15.26m) and seventh in weight throw (50-4, 15.34m) at Big 4 Duals… Outdoor – placed 16th in shot put (55-5, 16.89m) and 21st in discus (159-10, 48.72m) at Big Ten Championships… placed fifth in shot put (55-2 1/4, 16.82m) and 11th in discus (161-5, 49.21m) at Musco Twilight… placed third in shot put (53-6 1/4, 16.31m) and discus (170-6, 51.98m) at Illinois Twilight… placed fifth in shot put at Arkansas Spring Invite (52-11 1/2, 16.14m)… letterwinner.

2013 — redshirted… Indoor – placed sixth in shot put (44-9 3/4, 13.66m) and seventh in weight throw (44-1 1/2, 13.45m) at Iowa Open while competing unattached… placed eighth in weight throw at Iowa Invite (43-8, 13.31m) while competing unattached… Outdoor – placed seventh in shot put at Musco Twilight XIV (50-3 1/2, 15.33m) while competing unattached.

High School — two-time most valuable field athlete… two-time elite all-state (shot put, discus)… co-captain and team MVP his senior season… maintained a 4.0 every semester of high school.

Personal — born June 10, 1993… son of Mike and Pam Meyers… mechanical engineering major.
