2019 — Indoor – ran team-leading and season-best 800 meters at Iowa State Classic (1:49.70)… placed second in 800 meters at Meyo Invite (1:50.11) and second in 600 meters at Jimmy Grant Invite (1:18.79)… Dean’s List student… Outdoor – ran team-leading and collegiate-best 800 meters at Bryan Clay Invite (1:46.93)… that time ranks second all-time at Iowa… placed fourth in 800 meters at B1G Championships (1:49.16) and ran event at Sun Angel Classic (1:47.84)… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2018 — Indoor – ran season bests in 600 meters at Meyo Invite (1:19.64) and 800 meters at Big Ten Championships (1:50.24)… Outdoor – placed sixth in 800 meters (1:49.31), running a season-best 1:48.63 in prelims… placed 17th in 800 meters at NCAA Championships (1:50.58)… ran second leg on team-leading 3,200-meter relay that placed third (7:28.37) and third leg on team-leading distance medley relay that placed third (9:50.70) at Drake Relays… those times both rank fifth all-time at Iowa… ran 800 meters at Florida Relays (1:49.80)… USTFCCCA all-academic team member… academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student… letterwinner.

2017 — Indoor – ran third leg on then-school record-setting distance medley relay that Big Ten Championships (9:44.07)… that time ranks second all-time at Iowa… ran season bests in 600 meters at Meyo Invite (1:19.75) and 800 meters at Alex Wilson Invite (1:51.86)… Outdoor – ran second leg on winning and team-leading 3,200-meter relay at Drake Relays (7:24.77)… also ran second leg on 3,200-meter relay at Florida Relays (7:30.74)… those times rank fourth and seventh, respectively, all-time at Iowa… ran 800 meters at Florida Relays (1:50.66), Big Ten Championships (1:50.83) and Jim Click Shootout (1:50.92)… letterwinner.
