2019 — Indoor – placed third in shot put with a season-best and team-leading 60-9 1/2 (18.53m) at Tyson Invite… placed sixth in shot put at B1G Championships (59-11 3/4, 18.28m)… Outdoor – led team in shot put (62-2 1/2, 18.96m) and discus (205-2, 62.54m)… won discus (205-2, 62.54m) and shot put (58-8 3/4, 17.90m) at Musco Twilight, earning Big Ten Field Athlete of the Week honors… the discus mark ranks second all-time at Iowa… won Drake Relays discus title (193-2, 58.88m)… placed second in shot put at Sun Angel Classic (62-2 1/2, 19.86m) and in discus at Beach Invite (198-7, 60.54m)… letterwinner.

2018 — Indoor – placed second in shot put at Big Ten Championships with a team-leading and school record 63-3 1/4 (19.28m)… won shot put at Hawkeye Invite (60-10 3/4, 18.56m), Meyo Invite (60-7 3/4, 18.48m) and Black & Gold Premier (60-7 1/4, 18.47m), placing third at Wieczorek Invite (60-4 1/2, 18.40m)… Outdoor – All-American placing fifth in discus (189-9, 57.61m) and 23rd in shot put (58-8 1/2, 17.89m) a NCAA Championships… NCAA qualifier in discus and shot put, leading team in both events… won discus (196-10, 60.01m) and placed seventh in shot put with a season-best 62-10 3/4 (19.17m) at NCAA West Preliminary… the shot put mark ranks second all-time at Iowa… placed second in discus (199-8, 60.87m) and sixth in shot put with a season-best 61-11 1/2 (18.88m) at Big Ten Championships… Drake Relays shot put champion (60-8 1/2, 18.50m), placing second in discus (190-6, 58.07m)… won discus (193-5, 58.95m) and placed second in shot put (58-9 1/2, 17.92m) at Willie Williams Classic… named Big Ten Men’s Field Athlete of the Week after his performances at Willie Williams Classic… placed second in discus (193-8, 59.03m) at Florida Relays… won discus (192-11, 58.80m) and placed second in shot put (59-10 1/2, 18.25m) at Battle on the Bayou… letterwinner.

2016 — earned team Outstanding Freshman award… Indoor – placed fifth in shot put with a team-leading 60-9 3/4 (18.51m) at Big Ten Championships… placed third in shot put at Alex Wilson Invite (60-3 1/4, 18.37m) and fourth at Meyo Invite (57-1, 17.40m)… Outdoor – NCAA qualifier… led team in shot put (60-2, 18.34m) and discus (199-2, 60.71m)… placed ninth in discus (184-6, 56.24m) and 19th in shot put (59-11, 18.26m) at NCAA West Preliminary… placed third in discus (199-2, 60.71m) and ninth in shot put (58-2 1/2, 17.74m) at Pepsi Florida Relays… won shot put (60-2, 18.34m) and discus (188-2, 57.35m) at Jim Click Shootout… placed second in discus (185-5, 56.51m) and 10th in shot put (57-4 1/4, 17.48m) at Big Ten Championships… placed third in discus (182-4, 55.59m) and fifth in shot put (58-5 3/4, 17.82m) at Drake Relays… letterwinner.

2015 — Indoor – redshirted… placed third in shot put (53-8 1/2, 16.37m) and fifth in discus (158-2, 48.20m) at Border Battle while competing unattached… Outdoor – redshirted… placed second at USATF Championships (193-9, 59.06m) to qualify for the discus at Pan Am Games… placed second in shot put at Jim Duncan Invite (49-3 3/4, 15.03m) while competing unattached… placed third in discus (182-9 1/2, 55.71m) and fourth in shot put (58-2, 17.73m) while competing unattached.

High School — placed first at the U.S. Youth National Championships in the discus in 2013, hitting 195-3 to qualify for the 2013 World Youth Championships, where he placed seventh while representing Team USA in Donetsk, Ukraine.
