2023 — Indoor – Did not compete… Outdoor – Won 5,000 meters with a season-best 14:52.54 at Jim Duncan Invite and ran season-best 3:55.60 in 1,500 meters at Drake Relays… ran second leg on team-leading 4×1,600-meter relay that clocked a 17:11.68 at Drake Relays… that time ranks ninth all-time at Iowa… letterwinner… Cross Country – Iowa’s third finisher at Bradley Pink Classic with a season-best 25:22.10 (8,000 Meters)… ran collegiate bests in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (18:17.6) and five miles at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (25:34.8).. the 6,000-meter time ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… ran season-bests 10,000 meters at NCAA Midwest Regional (32:51.4)… letterwinner.

2021 — Track – Did not compete… Cross Country – One of six Hawkeyes to compete in all six races… ran season bests in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (18:55.0), 8,000 meters at Bradley Pink Classic (25:11.3), 5.2 miles at B1G Championships (28:00.9), and 10,000 meters at NCAA Midwest Regional (32:53.69)… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

High School — Three-time county and conference champion in track… two-time cross country county and regional champion, winning conference title senior year… three-time state cross country meet and three-time state track qualifier, earning all-state and all-section honors in cross country twice… three-time cross country team MVP… four-time all-conference and all-region honoree in cross country… eight-time all-conference in track… set school records in cross country (3 miles-14:24), indoor 3,200 meters (9:22) outdoor 3,200 meters (9:08) and as part of 3,200-meter relay indoors (7:59) and outdoors (7:49)… helped team to two conference titles in cross country, three conference titles in indoor track and three conference titles in outdoor track… lettered four years in cross country and track.
