Iowa Items — second-team All-American as part of 4×100-meter relay (2023)… set Iowa school record as part of 4×100-meter relay (38.64)… anchored 4×100-meter relay to 2024 B1G title (39.28).

2024 — Indoor – ran collegiate-best 6.66 in 60 meters at B1G Championships… that time ranks third all-time at Iowa… ran a season-best 20.81 in 200 meters at New Mexico Collegiate Classic… Outdoor – anchored team-leading 4×100-meter relay to B1G title (39.28)… placed fourth in 100 meters with a collegiate-best 10.27 at B1G Championships… both of those times rank seventh all-time at Iowa… ran a season-best 20.84 in 200 meters at Tom Jones Memorial… ran anchor leg on 4×100-meter relay that placed 17th at NCAA West Preliminary (40.03)… letterwinner.

2023 – Indoor – ran season-best 6.71 in 60 meters at Jimmy Grant Invite…  won 200 meters with a season-best 21.01 at at New Mexico Collegiate Classic… that time ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… placed second in 60 meters (6.74) and 200 meters (21.49) at Hawkeye Invite… Outdoor – second team All-American… anchored 400-meter relay that set a school record of 38.64 at NCAA Championships… anchored 400-meter relay that set a then- school record and placed second at Texas Relays (38.70)… ran collegiate-best and wind-aided 10.28 in 100 meters at Hurricane Invite… ran 100 meters (10.40) and 200 meters (20.70) at Desert Heat Classic… letterwinner.

2022 — competed for Indian Hills Community College… Indoor – All-American, placing second in 200 meters at NJCAA Championships (21.65)… ran season-best 60 meters (6.71) at Bearcat Invite… Outdoor – All-American, running on 400-meter relay that placed second at NJCAA Championships (40.17)… ran on 400-meter relay that won races at Region XI Championships (40.49) and Drake Relays (40.19)… placing fourth in 200 meters with a collegiate-best 21.14 and sixth in 100 meters (10.63) at Region XI Championships.

 

2021 — competed for Indian Hills Community College… Indoor – placed second in 60 meters at Region XI Championships (6.82) and 17th at NJCAA Championhsips (6.89)… Outdoor – All-American, running on 400-meter relay that placed third at NJCAA Championships (39.78) and won race at Region XI Championships (39.90)… placed 17th in 200 meters (21.26) and 20th in 100 meters (10.59) at NJCAA Championships… placed 10th in 200 meters (21.47) and 12th in 100 meters (11.02) at Region XI Championships… won Drake Relays title in 200 meters (21.23) and ran on 400-meter relay that placed second (40.81).
