2024 — Indoor – ran collegiate bests 600 meters at Meyo Invite. (1:18.13) and 800 meters at Tyson Invite (1:48.73)… the 800-meter time ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… ran lead leg on team-leading distance medley relay at B1G Championships (9:57.20)… ran season-best mile at Hawkeye Invite (4:24.82)… Outdoor – ran a collegiate-best 800 meters (1:51.49) at Florida Relays… letterwinner.

2023 — Indoor – ran season bests in 800 meters (1:53.90) and mile (4:15.81) at Music City Challenge… ran season-best 600 meters at Meyo Invite (1:19.35)… Outdoor – did not compete… letterwinner.

2022 — competed for Indian Hills Junior College… Indoor – two-time NJCAA All-American (4×800-meter relay, distance medley relay)… five-time national qualifier (4×800-meter relay, distance medley relay, 800 meters, 1,000 meters, mile)… conference champion in mile and as part of distance medley relay… ran on distance medley relay that set regional record… Outdoor – NJCAA All-American as member of 4×800-meter relay team… three-time national qualifier (800 meters, 1,500 meters, 4×800-meter relay)… member of 4×800-meter relay that placed fifth at Drake Relays, running a 1:51.56 split.

2021 — competed for Indian Hills Junior College… Indoor – two-time NJCAA All-American (4×800-meter relay, distance medley relay)… ran on conference and region champion distance medley relay… Outdoor – NJCAA All-American with a runner-up finish as member of 4×800-meter relay… four-time national qualifier (4×800-meter relay, 5,000 meters, 1,500 meters, 3,000-meter steeplechase)… Cross Country – second team all-conference…honorable mention all-region.

 

2020 — Competed for Indian Hills Junior College… Cross Country – NJCAA All-American with the highest individual finish for an athlete in school history (18th)… second team all-region and all-conference… team MVP, helping team to a seventh-place finish.

High School — three-time state track medalist as a junior (1,600 meters, 3,200 meters, 3,200-meter relay), setting school records in all three events… four-time state qualifier in cross country, earning first team all-state honorsas a senior… helped team to a runner-up finish at state meet in back-to-back years… cross country team newcomer of the year as a freshman and team MVP as a sophomore and senior… YourPrepSports (Team Captain) Athlete of the Year during 2019 cross country season… three-year varsity starter and letterwinner in basketball… first team all-conference and sub-state in 2019, helping team to a third-place finish at state basketball tournament… set state tournament record for most three-point shots made in a game… played varsity baseball as an eighth grader in his only season of high school baseball… coached by Ben Robinson… Clear Creek Amana Leadership Program member.
