2018 — Indoor – ran collegiate-best mile at Wieczorek Invite (5:19.02)… Outdoor – ran 1,500 meters at Musco Twilight (5:15.78)… academic All-Big Ten.

2017 — Track – did not compete… Cross Country – competed at Hawkeye Invite (16:23.2-4,000 meters)… ran unattached at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (20:38.6-5,000 meters)… academic All-Big Ten.

2016 — Track – did not compete.

2015 — redshirted… Indoor – did not compete… Outdoor – ran 1,500 meters at Musco Twilight (5:07.62) while competing unattached… Cross Country – ran 3,000 meters (11:35.3) at Early Bird Invitational and 5,000 meters (19:54.0) at Illinois State Invitational.

High School — qualified for the state meet her junior year… competed on the 1,600-meter and 3,200-meter relays at the Drake Relays and state meet her senior year… four-time all-conference academic in cross country and track.

Personal — born March 5, 1996… daughter of Kirk and Tina Neustrom… has two brothers, Kyle and Brett… open major.
