2014 — Indoor – led team in 3,000 meters (10:11.01) and 5,000 meters (18:00.00)… placed seventh in unseeded 3,000 meters (10:11.01) and ran 5,000 meters (18:00.00) at Big Ten Championships… placed third in 3,000 meters at Big 4 Duals (10:18.43)… placed second in mile at Iowa Invite (5:07.87)… Outdoor – ran 1,500 meters at Kip Janvrin Open (4:49.17)… placed seventh in 3,000 meters at Musco Twilight (10:18.33) and ran event at Arkansas Spring Invite (10:22.61)… Cross Country – Iowa’s top finisher at Big Ten Championships (50th-21:25.5-6,000 meters) and Illinois State Invite (6th-17:51-5,000 meters)… ran season-best 5,000 meters at Notre Dame Invite (17:47)… also placed 29th at Big Ten Preview (22:26.99-6,000 meters) and 35th at Pre-National Invite (22:32.2-6,000 meters)… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2013 — Cross Country – one of four Hawkeyes, and only freshman, to compete in all six races… Iowa’s top finisher at Pre-National Invite, placing 66th in 22:16.88… best times were 11:40.22 at Hawkeye Early Bird Invite (3,000 meters), 14:37.84 at Iowa Black & Gold Invite (4,000 meters) and 21:59.83 at NCAA Midwest Regional (6,000 meters)… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors… letterwinner.

High School — three-time all-state selection… four-time all-conference and NW Herald Cross Country first team selection… NW Herald Cross Country Runner of the Year her senior year… three-time cross country conference champion… two-time all-conference selection in track… 2012 1,600 meters state champion… state runner-up in the 1,600 meters her sophomore year and 3,200 meters her junior year… 1,600 meters conference champion her freshman year… three-time 3,200 meters conference champion.

Personal — born June 25, 1995… daughter of Scott and Lori Adams… cousin, Frank Wainright, played for the New Orleans Saints, Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens… great-grandfather was the 1934 Big Ten Wrestling Champion for the University of Illinois… grandfather played football for the University of Illinois… Illinois State Scholar… graduating sixth in her class of 198… National Honors Society Member… pre-physical therapy major.
