In six seasons as head coach, Stith has coached 11 All-Midwest Region selections, eight All-Big Ten selections, two academic All-Americans, 12 academic All-Big Ten selections, one Big Ten Player of the Year, one Les Bolstad Trophy award winner, and one Big Ten Tournament Champion. The Hawkeyes have finished in the top-four of the Big Ten Championships four times, and advanced to four NCAA Regionals.
Charlie Hoyle has helped coach the Iowa golf team to national rankings his first two seasons with the program (2019, 2020). Hoyle and the Hawkeyes have posted eight top-six finishes over the last two seasons, including winning the 2019 Hawkeye Invitational. Hoyle helped mentor Alex Schaake to the Big Ten Golfer of the Year and Les Bolstad Award in 2019, as well as coaching three all-conference honorees.
