Before Iowa…Played soccer..varsity letter winner.

Personal…born June 8, 1998…daughter of Shelli and Phil Adams…one brother Philip…open major.

Why Iowa…I loved the Big Ten atmosphere this university provides.

What is your favorite aspect of rowing…I love that it is such a unique sport. It takes so much focus and discipline. It is such an individual sport, but it does not work unless every girl works in perfect unison. That is something that I do not think any other sport has.

What made you want to become a rower…I have always been a natural leader on my sport teams. When I heard about the opportunity to be a coxswain I thought it would be a perfect fit. I also wanted to be a part of a team and take advantage of the opportunity to be a Division I athlete.
