Hawk Item — UI school record-holder in 200 backstroke (1:56.49) and as a member of the 200-medley (1:40.12), 400-medley (3:39.54), 400-free (3:21.07) and 800-free relays (7:14.99)… has the second-best time in the 500 free (4:45.86), 400 IM (4:15.00) and 100-back (54.05), and the sixth-best in the 200-free (1:49.13)… has the fourth-fastest time in 400-free relay, the second and fifth-best times in the 800-free relay and the fifth and sixth-best in 400-medley relay… swam for Canada in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
2013-14 — Swam to the second-fastest time in school history in the 100-back (54.05), recording an NCAA ‘B’ qualifying time… posted the sixth-fastest time in the 200-free (1:49.13) in program history at the Hawkeye Invitational… was a member of the record setting 400-free (3:21.07), 800-free (7:12.49), 200-medley (1:40.12) and 400-medley (3:39.54) relays… recorded an NCAA ‘B’ qualifying time in the 200-back in a season-best 1:57.82 at Iowa State… swam to season-best times in the 500-free (4:50.51) and 200-IM (2:05.06) at the Hawkeye Invitational and 400-IM (4:32.18) against Minnesota… recorded 10 top-two finishes, including four individual victories… eight top-two finishes in relays with four relay titles… named Big Ten Swimmer of the Week on Dec. 17 after winning three races against Iowa State… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.
2012-13 — Was team’s top point scorer at Big Ten Championships… posted NCAA ‘B’ qualifying times in 500 free (4:45.86), 100 back (54.57), 200 back (1:56.49), and 400 IM (4:15.00)… finished seventh in 400 IM with a school-record time of 4:15.00 at Big Ten Championships… also finished 16th in the 500 free (4:45.86)… swam a school record time in 200 back (1:56.49) at Big Tens… swam collegiate best times in 200 free (1:49.89) vs. Iowa State and 100 back (54.57) at Big Tens… posted season-best times in 500 free (4:45.86) and 400 IM (4:15.00) at Big Tens… swam on team-leading 400-free (3:22.31) and 800-free (7:14.99) relays… named the Women’s MVP… selected as Iowa’s Big Ten Sportsmanship Award honoree… posted 10 first place and 18 top-five finishes… letterwinner.
At Arizona (2010-11, 2011-12) — Posted a personal best time in the 400 IM and swam NCAA ‘B’ cuts in the 500 free and 200 back as a sophomore… earned PAC-12 All-Academic honorable mention honors in 2011-12.
High School — Represented the Canadian National Team at the 2010 Pan Pacific Championships in Irvine, Calif., finishing in the top eighth in the 400-meter IM with a time of 4:45.36… also competed in the 400 free, 800 free and 200-back at the Pan Pacs… swam for Canada in the 200-meter backstroke in the 2008 Beijing Olympics at age 15, becoming the youngest Olympian for Canada in the 2008 Olympics.
