Hawk Item – – Joined program as a graduate transfer from Miami, Ohio.

2023 Honors – – Honorable mention All-Big Ten by league coaches and media… 2023 – – Played on the offensive line in all 14 games, starting nine games at left guard… had first career start at left guard vs. Michigan State… paved the way for 254 rushing yards vs. Western Michigan, which was the most recorded by Iowa since 2019… helped team tally 181 rushing yards in 20-14 win over Purdue… helped team to 200 rushing yards in 15-6 win at Wisconsin, which is the program’s most vs. the Badgers since 2008… helped team to 179 rushing yards in 22-0 win over Rutgers… letterwinner.

Miami – – Started 34 career games, including 25 straight at center over the past two seasons… earned second-team all-conference honors in 2022… started three games at guard in 2020… played in 11 games in 2019, with six starts… named team Offensive Newcomer of the Year… earned academic all-MAC honors… coached for two seasons at Miami by current Iowa offensive line coach George Barnett.

 

High school honors – – Earned first-team all-conference honors as a junior… named second-team Ohio Fall All-Star as a junior… named preseason first-team all-state as a senior… Career – – Helped prep team post 14-1 record as a senior while advancing to state championship game… team captain as a senior.
