Todd McShane

Todd McShane is in his first season as director of football scouting.

From 2023 to 2026, McShane served as the director of player personnel at his alma mater, Oregon State.

Prior to his three years in Corvallis, McShane was on Northwestern’s staff for six seasons, where he most recently served as the director of recruiting/offense.

McShane, a native of Corvallis, Oregon, worked from 2015-18 at Nebraska. He ended his tenure with the Huskers as associate director of player personnel after starting as the assistant director.

Prior to his stint at Nebraska, McShane served as assistant director of player personnel at Oregon State, advancing from student equipment manager to an administrative intern role in 2011.

He is a 2011 Oregon State graduate with a degree in health management and policy, and a minor in athletic administration.
