2025-26 Honors — Academic All-Big Ten selection... only men's basketball student-athletes in the Big Ten with an unblemished grade point average. 2025-26 -- Saw action in five games... scored two points in 10 minutes of game action... went 1-of-3 from the floor and tallied one assist... saw his first action of the season against Chicago State (11/20)... scored his first field goal against Bucknell (12/20) and had an alley-oop assist to Joey Matteoni.

2024-25 — Saw action in seven games, averaging 1.6 points... shot 62.5 percent from the field, making 5-of-8 attempts... scored his first career points against South Dakota (11/12)... finished with a season-high four points, making both of his field goal attempts against New Orleans (12/15).  

High School — Three-time all-conference selection… team captain as a senior… selected to the Iowa Senior All-Star Basketball Game as a senior after averaging 12.4 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.9 assists… averaged 10.5 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists as a junior and 8.6 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists as a sophomore… played for All-Iowa Attack club team… also was an all-conference baseball player as a center fielder and pitcher… member of the National Honor Society (2023-24)… academic all-state as a senior… high school basketball coach was Steve Bergman.

Personal -- Born Jan. 12, 2006, in Iowa City… son of Nathan and Bethany Koch… has two sisters, Emma and Audrey… father, Nathan, played baseball and basketball at the University of Iowa… Audrey played collegiate basketball at Providence College and Emma played collegiate basketball at Dartmouth College… majoring in business.
