Outdoor - Placed second in hammer throw with a season-best 212-2 (64.67m) at Rittgers Invite... placed seventh in hammer throw at Big Red Classic (210-5, 64.15m) and Drake Relays (204-4, 62.28m), 24th at NCAA West First Round (204-10, 62.45m), 14th at B1G Championships (203-4, 61.98m), fourth at Bobcat Invite (200-9, 61.20m), third at UCF Black & Gold Challenge (200-3, 61.05m), and eighth at Texas Relays (200-0, 60.98m).

2025 -- Indoor - Placed second in weight throw with a collegiate-best 69-11 1/2 (21.32m) at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite... that mark ranks fourth all-time at Iowa... Outdoor - Placed second in hammer throw with a collegiate-best 219-1 (66.78m) at Kansas Relays... that mark ranks sixth all-time at Iowa... won hammer throw at Jim Duncan Invite (214-3, 65.30m), placed third at Musco Twilight (215-3, 65.61m), and competed in event at NCAA West First Round (212-6, 64.79m)... Academic All-Big Ten... letterwinner.

2024 -- Indoor - Placed third in weight throw with a season-best 68-7 1/4 (20.91m) at Larry Wieczorek Invite... placed second in shot put with a collegiate-best 65-5 (19.94m) at Jimmy Grant Invite... that mark ranks 10th all-time at Iowa... Outdoor - Placed fourth in hammer throw at B1G Championships (218-10, 66.70m), second at Musco Twilight (213-11, 65.22m) and 13th at NCAA West Preliminary (217-1, 66.17m)... Academic All-Big Ten... letterwinner.

 

 

2023 -- Indoor – placed third in shot put (51-11 1/4, 15.83m) and weight throw (54-8 1/4, 16.67m) at Jimmy Grant Invite… Outdoor – did not compete.

High School -- 2022 Drake Relays shot put champion (60-5 3/4)… two-time state champion, winning titles in indoor shot put and discus (169-2) senior year… two-time outdoor state meet shot put runner-up… won back-to-back conference titles in shot put and discus junior and senior seasons… set conference meet record in shot put during senior season (59-11)… set school records in shot put (60-53/4) and discus (177-7)… coached by Darrell Paulsen and Carlton Ness… four-year letterwinner in football as a running back and linebacker… district offensive co-MVP and three-time all-conference selection… two-year letterwinner in basketball and one-year letterwinner in wrestling… first team academic all-state (football)… Vice President of Student Council, Captain of Quizbowl team, active in Youth in Philanthropy and Individual Speech Group… 2022 Governor’s Scholar, Class Valedictorian, Member of National Honor Society and selected to the Rotary Club.
