2026 -- Indoor - Placed second in 3,000 meters with a collegiate-best 8:25.69 at Hawkeye Invite.

2025 -- Cross Country - Competed in all six races... Iowa’s second finisher at Hawkeye Invite, running a collegiate-best 18:09.0 in 6,000 meters... that time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa... Iowa’s second finisher at B1G Championships (25:04.4-8,000 meters)... ran  collegiate bests in 8,000 meters at Joe Piane Invite (24:27.4) and 10,000 meters at NCAA Midwest Regional (32:42.7)... Dean’s List (Fall 2025)... letterwinner.

High School -- cross country and track 3A team champion as a freshman... three-time all-conference in cross country and track... three-time cross country team captain... two-time all district in cross country and track... two-time Drake Relays qualifier... 4A all-state selection in the 3,200 meters... part of the school record in the 4x800 (7:45.35) at DCG... coached by Matt Pries, Jordan Sump and Michael Melchert... academic excellence letter recipient all four years.

Personal -- Born September 14, 2006... parents are John and Shannon Arbuckle... has two siblings, Isaac and Peyton... exercise science major.
