2024 -- Indoor – Ran season bests in mile at Black & Gold Invite (4:14.02) and 3,000 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (8:17.25), and a collegiate-best 14:31.30 in 5,000 meters at B1G Championships… Outdoor – Placed second in 3,000-meter steeplechase with a collegiate-best and team-leading 8:50.99 at ISU Alumni Invite… that time ranks third all-time at Iowa… ran a collegiate-best 14:28.41 in 5,000 meters at B1G Championships and a season-best 3:59.58 in 1,500 meters at Bryan Clay Invite… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner… Cross Country – Competed five of six races... ran a collegiate-best 8,000 meters at Bradley Pink Classic (24:40.8) and a season-best 10,000 meters at NCAA Midwest Regional (31:56.8)... 2023 -- Indoor – Did not compete… Outdoor – Ran collegiate bests in 1,500 meters at Fighting Illini Classic (3:54.30) and 10,000 meters at Mt. SAC Relays (30:38.89)… ran season-best 5,000 meters at Drake Relays (14:33.56),.. anchored team-leading 6,400-meter relay that clocked a 17:11.68 at Drake Relays… that time ranks ninth all-time at Iowa… placed sixth in 3,000-meter steeplechase at U20 USATF Championships (9:09.80)… Dean’s List student (Fall 2022)… letterwinner… Cross Country –Placed second at Hawkeye Invite, with a collegiate-best 18:05.4 (6,000 meters)… that time ranks second all-time at Iowa… Iowa’s second finisher at Badger Classic, placing 17th and running a season-best 25:02.5 (8,000 meters)… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2022 -- Cross Country – Ran season bests in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (18:55.0) and 8,000 meters at Gans Creek Classic (25:10.9)… Dean’s List student (Fall 2022)… letterwinner.

High School -- Five-time state track qualifier and four-time medalist… ran to a trio of fourth-place finishes (1,600 meters, 3,200 meters, distance medley relay) at state meet senior year, helping team to a fourth-place finish… named to elite all-state team as a senior in 3,200 meters… earned first team all-metro in 1,600 meters, 3,200 meters, and as part of distance medley relay senior year… cross country state qualifier (76th) in 2019, helping team to a top-15 finish… placed ninth at state cross country meet as a senior (16:01, 5,000 meters)… coached by Kyle Hoffman… academic all-conference and all-state in cross country and track…member of SODA and TRY.
