2026 -- Indoor - Ran collegiate bests in 400 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (48.38) and 600 meters at B1G Championships (1:18.81)... ran second leg on team-leading distance medley relay at B1G Championships (9:49.50)... Outdoor - Ran a collegiate-best 47.23 in 400 meters at UCF Black & Gold Challenge... ran second leg on team-leading distance medley relay that clocked a 9:47.50 at Drake Relays... that time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa... ran 400 meters at Bryan Clay Invite (47.29) and Drake Relays (47.35).

2025 -- Track - Did not compete... Dean’s List student (Spring 2025)... letterwinner.  

 

High School -- 2024 3rd place state finish in the 4×400… conference champion in the sprint medley relay… 2024 all-district honors… 2024 Drake Relays stadium record holder (47.67)… school-record holder in the indoor 400m, outdoor 400m, sprint medley and 4×400… coached by Brendan Thompson, Ben Tilus, Michael Tierney, Heather Wood and Bill Schwartz.

Personal -- Born January 6, 2006… parents Suzie and Casey Johannes… has one sister, Lily who is on the women’s track and cross country team for the University of Iowa… business major.
