2023 -- Competed for Illinois State University... Indoor - Ran season bests in 60 meters at Coughlan-Malloy Cup (6.78) and 200 meters at PNC Lenny Lyles Invite (21.82)... placed seventh in 60 meters (6.88) and ran on 4x400-meter relay that placed third (3:14.65) at MVC Championships... Outdoor - Two-time MVC champion, winning 400-meter hurdles with a season-best 51.91) and running on winning 4x400-meter relay (3:12.65)... ran on MVC runner-up 4x100-meter relay (39.99)... ran on 4x400-meter relay that placed third (3:11.83), 4x100-meter relay that placed fourth (40.53) and placed fourth in 400-meter hurdles (51.92) at Drake Relays... NCAA West Preliminary Round qualifier, running a 52.57 in 400-meter hurdles.

High School -- Four-time All-American… three-time all-state team member and six-time all-conference honoree… 2022 Indoor State Champion in 200 meters (21.60)… placed 7th in 400-meter hurdles at AAU Junior Olympics… two-time academic all-state honoree.

Personal -- Son of Junias Holmes and Chrisandra Clawson… has four siblings – Junias Holmes, Marquisa Davis, Keyionna Guydon, and Chynice Guydon… journalism and mass communications major.

2026 -- Indoor - Ran collegiate bests in 60 meters (6.77) and 200 meters (21.08) at New Mexico Collegiate Classic... the 200-meter time ranks 10th all-time at Iowa.

2025 -- Indoor - Ran collegiate bests in 300 meters at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite (34.35) and 400 meters (48.11) at New Mexico Collegiate Classic... Outdoor - Won 400-meter hurdles with a collegiate-best 51.20 at Musco Twilight... ran lead leg on team-leading 4x100-meter relay that placed fourth in 39.13 at B1G Championships... that time ranks eighth all-time at Iowa... ran lead leg on team-leading sprint medley relay that placed ninth at Drake Relays (3:18.74)... that time ranks ninth all-time at Iowa... placed fourth in 400-meter hurdles at Drake Relays (52.19) and ran event at NCAA West First Round (51.24), Tom Jones Memorial (51.36), Cyclone Twilight (51.36), and B1G Championships (51.60)... letterwinner.
