2026 -- Indoor - Ran collegiate bests in 600 meters (1:20.32) and 800 meters (1:51.64) at Larry Wieczorek Invite, 1,000 meters at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite (2:26.90), mile at BU David Hemery Valentine Invite (4:05.17), and 3,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (8:33.76)... the mile time ranks ninth all-time at Iowa... ran lead leg on team-leading distance medley relay that clocked a 9:49.50 at B1G Championships... Outdoor - Ran collegiate bests in 800 meters at Musco Twilight (1:51.27) and 1,500 meters at Stanford Invite (3:46.69)... ran lead leg on team-leading distance medley relay that clocked a 9:47.50 at Drake Relays... that time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa... also ran 800 meters at Mike Fanelli Track Classic (1:53.59) and Drake Relays (1:54.48).

2025 -- Cross Country - Competed in five of six races... ran collegiate bests in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (18:57.1) and 8,000 meters at Pre-Nationals (26:17.3)... Dean’s List student (Fall 2025)... letterwinner.
