2025 -- Indoor - Placed third in 600 meters with a collegiate-best and team-leading 1:16.00 at B1G Championships... that time ranks second all-time at Iowa... ran third leg on 4x400-meter relay that placed second at B1G Championships (3:06.18), earning second-team All-Big Ten honors... ran third leg on team-leading 4x400-meter relay that posted a 3:35.31 at New Mexico Collegiate Classic... that time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa... placed third in 800 meters with a collegiate-best 1:49.03 at Meyo Invite, which ranks ninth all-time at Iowa... won 600 meters at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite (1:17:23) and Meyo Invite (1:17.27)... ran a season-best 47.10 in 400 meters at Tyson Invite... 2024 -- Competed for Indian Hills Community College... Indoor – Two-time All-American… NJCAA runner-up in 600 meters with a collegiate-best 1:17.34 and as part of distance medley relay (9:45.52)… two-time Region XI champion, winning 600 meters (1:19.85) and running on winning 4×400-meter relay (3:15.83)… Outdoor – Region XI champion, running on winning 4×400-meter relay (3:13.72)… ran a season-best 1:50.96 in 800 meters at John McDonnell Invite.

2023 -- Competed for Meridian Community College... Indoor – Two-time All-American… placed ninth in 600 meters (1:22.32), and ran on 4×400-meter relay that placed sixth (3:13.11) and 4×800-meter relay that placed eighth (7:49.30) at NJCAA Championships… Outdoor – All-American, running on 4×400-meter relay that placed third at NJCAA Championships (3:07.19)… ran season bests in 400 meters at Crimson Tide Invite (47.79) and 1,500 meters at Southern Miss Invite (4:19.39).

2022 -- Competed for Meridian Community College... Cross Country -- Posted collegiate bests in 5,000 meters at The Opener (22:36.3) and in 8,000 meters at Mississippi College Fall Festival (29:59.2).
