2024 -- Indoor – Did not compete… Outdoor – Placed fourth in javelin with a collegiate-best 192-6 (58.67m) at Jim Click Shootout… letterwinner.

2023 -- Indoor – Ran season bests in 200 meters at Hawkeye Invite (22.09), 300 meters at Jimmy Grant Invite (34.32), and 400 meters at Razorback Invite (48.62)… Outdoor – Did not compete… letterwinner.

2022 -- Indoor – Ran collegiate bests in 200 meters (21.67) and 400 meters (48.22) at B1G Championships, and 600 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (1:22.13)… ran second leg on distance medley relay that placed seventh at B1G Championships (9:49.95)… Outdoor – Placed second in 400-meter hurdles with a collegiate-best 51.20 at Jim Click Shootout… placed seventh in 400-meter hurdles at B1G Championships (53.06)… placed fifth in javelin (192-6, 58.68m) at Baldy Castillo Invite… letterwinner.

2021 -- Indoor – Ran season bests in 200 meters at SPIRE B1G Invite (22.24) and 400 meters at B1G Championships (48.73)… ran second leg on team-leading distance medley relay that placed seventh at B1G Championships (9:42.15)… that time ranks third all-time at Iowa… Outdoor – Ran season bests in 400-meter hurdles at Wisconsin B1G Invite (53.07) and 200 meters at B1G Husker Invite (22.35)… letterwinner.

High School -- Birst-team all-conference honoree… set school records in 100 meters (11.08), 200 meters (22.8), 400 meters (50.0), 400-meter hurdles (52.9), and as member of sprint medley (1:36), distance medley (3:38), 800-meter (1:34) and 1,600-meter relays (3:27)… coached by Bruce Davis and Nick Borchert… first-team all-district punter on football team… FCA leader.

Personal -- Born May 5, 2002… son of Joey and Heather Woody… has one sister, Isabelle… sport and recreation major.
