2024 — Indoor – ran season bests in 60 meters at Hawkeye Invite (6.94) and 200 meters at New Mexico Collegiate Classic (21.56)… Outdoor – did not compete… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2023 — Indoor – placed fourth in 200 meters with a team-leading and collegiate-best 20.70 at New Mexico Collegiate Classic… that time ranks second all-time at Iowa… placed sixth in 60 meters with a collegiate-best 6.71 and eighth in 200 meters (21.07) at B1G Championships… the 60-meter time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… won 200 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite with a meet record-setting 21.07… placed second in 60 meters at Iowa Open (6.76) and in 300 meters at Jimmy Grant Invite (32.97)… Outdoor – did not compete… Dean’s List student (Fall 2022)… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2022 — Indoor – placed fourth in 200 meters at B1G Championships with a season-best and team-leading 20.93… ran lead leg on 4×400-meter relay at Meyo Invite (3:05.63), which ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… ran season-best 400 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (47.13)… Outdoor – honorable mention All-American, running anchor leg on 4×100-meter relay that placed 18th at NCAA Championships (39.31)… that time ranks eighth all-time at Iowa… anchored then-school record-setting 4×100-meter relay to win at Jim Click Shootout (39.03)… that time ranks second all-time at Iowa… placed fourth in 400 meters (47.33), eighth in 200 meters (20.98), and anchored 4×400-meter relay to runner-up finish (39.64) at B1G Championships… ran collegiate bests in 200 meters at NCAA West Preliminary (20.70) and 400 meters at B1G Championships (46.28)… the 200-meter time led team… ran second leg on team-leading sprint medley relay that won race at Drake Relays (3:18.06)… that time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… anchored 4×100-meter relay at NCAA West Preliminary (39.56)… won 400 meters at Musco Twilight (46.36)… Academic All-Big Ten… USTFCCCA all-academic team member… letterwinner.

 

2021 — Indoor – placed seventh in 400 meters with a season-best 47.91 at B1G Championships… ran season-best 200 meters at Husker Quad (21.73)… Outdoor – ran season-best 400 meters at Billy Hayes Invite (47.11)… Dean’s List student (Spring 2021)… letterwinner.

High School — seven-time conference champion, helping team to three straight conference titles… won 400-meter sectional title as a junior… set school records in 200 (22.06) and 400 meters (48.34)… earned All-America honors sophomore year in 200 meters (21.96) at Junior Olympics… also played wide receiver in football, earning Male Athlete of the Year as a senior… three-time all-conference and two-time all-state honoree, earning all-section honors junior year… Senior Club and Men of Character member… coached by Stephen Nelson.
