2025 -- Indoor - Won 1,000 meters with a collegiate-best and team-leading 2:25.83 at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite... ran a season-best and team-leading 1:48.70 in 800 meters at B1G Championships.. Outdoor - Ran a collegiate-best and team-leading 1:48.16 in 800 meters at Pepsi Florida Relays... that time ranks 10th all-time at Iowa... ran third leg on team-leading and Drake Relays champion 4x800-meter relay that ran a world-leading 7:21.88... that time ranks third all-time at Iowa... anchored team-leading sprint medley relay that placed ninth at Drake Relays (3:18.74)... that time ranks ninth all-time at Iowa... ran 800 meters at Mt. 2024 -- Indoor - Placed second in 800 meters with a collegiate-best 1:48.42 at Tyson Invite... that time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa... placed eighth in 600 meters at B1G Championships (1:18.09), running a team-leading and collegiate-best 1:17.49 in prelims... won 600 meters at Meyo Invite (1:17.91)... ran season-best 49.41 in 400 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite... 2023 -- Indoor - Ran third leg on team-leading distance medley relay that placed sixth at B1G Championships (9:42.27)... that time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa... ran season bests in 400 meters at Hawkeye Invite (49.60), 600 meters at Jimmy Grant Invite (1:18.32), and 800 meters at Meyo Invite (1:50.73)... Outdoor - Ran lead leg on team-leading 4x800-meter relay that placed third at Florida Relays (7:26.00)... that time ranks seventh all-time at Iowa... ran season-best 800 meters at Bryan Clay Invite (1:48.68)... Dean’s List student (Fall 2022, Spring 2023)... letterwinner.

High School -- Two-time conference champion, placing second in four events... placed fourth in 800 meters at state track meet as junior and senior... three-time all-state and all-conference selection in track and two-time all-conference cross country... best indoor 800-meter time (1:56.8) ranks second in school history... other best times were 49.7 in 400 meters, 1:54.9 in 800 meters, and 4:20.1 in 1,600 meters... coached by Nathan Roe, Don Helberg, and Jeff Potter... four-year all-academic student and Blue Honor Roll member... National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society member.
