Iowa Items -- Four-time All-American, earning second-team honors as part of 4x100-meter relay (2021, 2023) and in outdoor 200 meters (2023), and honorable mention honors as part of 4x100-meter relay (2022)... 2023 B1G outdoor 200-meter champion... set Iowa school records in outdoor 200 meters (20.26) and as part of 4x100-meter relay (38.64).

2025 -- Indoor - Placed second in 60 meters with a team-leading and collegiate- best 6.62 at Iowa Open... that time ranks second all-time at Iowa... ran a collegiate-best and team-leading 20.73 in 200 meters at New Mexico Collegiate Classic... that time ranks third all-time at Iowa... placed sixth in 60 meters (6.73) and 200 meteres (21.17) at B1G Championships.

2024 -- Indoor - Won 60 meters with a season-best 6.69 at Hawkeye Invite... Outdoor - Ran season bests in 100 meters (10.45) and 200 meters (20.68) at Tom Jones Memorial... won 100 meters with a season-best 10.29 at Mexico’s Olympic Trials... letterwinner.

2023 -- Indoor - Won 60 meters with a team-leading, and meet record-setting 6.64 at Iowa Open... ran season-best 20.87 in 200 meters at New Mexico Collegiate Classic... placed third in 60 meters (6.71) and fifth in 200 meters (20.97) at B1G Championships... Outdoor - Two-time second team All-American... placed 11th in 200 meters with a school record-tying 20.26 and ran lead leg on 4x100-meter relay that ran a school record-setting 38.64 at NCAA Championships... set school records in 100 meters (10.10), 200 meters (20.26), and as part of 4x100-meter relay (38.64)... B1G 200-meter champion (20.26), breaking the school record he set earlier this season... broke the 100-meter school record he set earlier in the season with the 10.10 he ran at Tom Jones Memorial Invite... that mark now ranks second all-time at Iowa... ran second leg on 4x100-meter relay that set a then-school record and placed second at Texas Relays (38.70)... ran second leg on 4x100-meter relay that placed second (39.41) and placed fifth in 100 meters (10.32, 10.25 in prelims) at B1G Championships... the relay time ranks 10th all-time at Iowa... placed seventh in 200 meters (20.35) and ran second leg on 4x100-meter relay that placed fifth in 39.19 at NCAA West Preliminary... the relay time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa... placed third in 200 meters with a then-school record-setting 20.32 at Desert Heat Classic... ran a collegiate-best and wind-aided 20.07 in 200 meters at Tom Jones Memorial Invite... set then-school record and placed third in 100 meters at Texas Relays (10.19), running a wind-aided 10.10 in prelims... placed 12th in 200 meters (20.42) and 21st in 100 meters (10.26) at USATF Championships... letterwinner.

2022 -- Indoor - Won 200 meters (21.31) and ran 60 meters (6.79) at Jimmy Grant Invite... won 200 meters (21.41) and placed second in 60 meters (6.79) at Alex Wilson Invite... ran 60 meters (6.79) and 200 meters (21.35) at B1G Championships... Outdoor - Honorable mention All-American, running second leg on 4x100-meter relay that placed 18th at NCAA Championships (39.31)... that time ranks eighth all-time at Iowa... ran second leg on then-school record-setting and winning 4x100-meter relay at Jim Click Shootout (39.03)... that time ranks second all-time at Iowa... ran second leg on 4x100-meter relay that placed 13th at NCAA West Preliminary (39.56) and second at B1G Championships (39.64)... ran season-best 200 meters at NCAA West Preliminary (20.72)... placed ninth in 100 meters at B1G Championships, running a wind-aided 10.34 in prelims and wind-aided 10.35 in finals... letterwinner.

 

 

2021 -- Indoor - Led team in 60 meters (6.72)... won 60 meters (6.72) and 200 meters (21.12) at Husker Quad... placed seventh in 200 meters at B1G Championships (21.19)... Outdoor - All-American... anchored team-leading 400-meter relay to 14th place finish at NCAA Championships (39.48), earning second team All-America honors... anchored 400-meter relay to 10th place at NCAA West Preliminary (39.57)... won 100 meters with a team-leading 10.44 at B1G Invite #1... ran season-best 200 meters at NCAA West Preliminary (20.83)... placed second in 200 meters at Billy Hayes Invite (21.06) and eighth at B1G Championships (21.27)... letterwinner. 

High School -- Set school records in 60 (6.77) and 200 meters (21.34) at IMG Academy... transferred from Northgate High School... coached by Dwight Thomas (IMG Academy) and Mike Cuglietta (Northgate)... also played football.
