Outdoor - Honorable mention All-American, running second leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed 21st in 3:06.59 at NCAA Championships... ran third leg on team-leading 1,600-meter relay to second place at Florida Relays (3:03.70)... ran second leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed 11th at NCAA West Preliminary (3:04.94)... placed fifth in 400 meters with a season-best 46.72 at B1G Championships... won 200 meters with a season-best 21.28 at ISU Alumni Invite... letterwinner.

2022 -- Indoor – Two-time All-American… placed sixth in 400 meters (46.26), earning first team All-America honors, and 12th as part of 1,600-meter relay (3:09.79), earning second team All-America honors, at NCAA Championships… ran a collegiate-best 46.01 in 400 meters and ran lead leg on school record-setting 1,600-meter relay (3:02.40) at Tyson Invite… the 400-meter time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… placed fourth in 400 meters (46.18) and seventh in 200 meters (21.09) at B1G Championships… the 200-meter time ranks ninth all-time at Iowa… ran third leg on winning 1,600-meter relay at Meyo Invite (3:05.63), which ranks seveth all-time at Iowa… Outdoor – First team All-American, running second leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed seventh at NCAA Championships (3:03.04), running a team-leading 3:01.79 in prelims… that time ranks second all-time at Iowa… ran season-best 400 meters at B1G Championships (47.41)… letterwinner.
