2025 -- Indoor - Ran collegiate bests in 3,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (8:13.73) and 5,000 meters at BU Hemery Valentine Invite (14:14.27)... ran a season-best 4:13.08 in mile at Larry Wieczorek Invite.

2024 -- Indoor – Ran collegiate bests in mile at Hawkeye Invite (4:12.73) and 3,000 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (8:16.24)… the 3,000-meter time led team… placed second in 5,000 meters with a season-best 14:16.60 at Tyson Invite… Outdoor – Placed ninth in 5,000 meters (14:25.47) and 11th in 10,000 meters with a collegiate-best 29:59.36 at B1G Championships… ran a collegiate-best in 14:11.52 in 5,000 meters at Bryan Clay Invite… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner… Cross Country – Competed in five of six races… Iowa’s top finisher at NCAA Midwest Regional, placing 58th with a season-best 30:42.6 at NCAA Midwest Regional (10,000 meters) and Hawkeye Invite, placing 10th with a season-best 18:24.8 (6,000 meters)… Iowa’s second finisher at Gans Creek Classic, running a collegiate-best 24:05.4 (8,000 meters)… Iowa’s third finisher at B1G Championships (24:06.6-8,000 meters)... 2023 -- Indoor – Did not compete… Outdoor – Ran a collegiate-best 3:54.12 in 1,500 meters at Drake Relays and season bests in 5,000 meters at Stanford Invite (14:15.54) and 10,000 meters at B1G Championships (31:08.43)… placed third in 5,000 meters at U20 USATF Championships (14:57.87) and at U20 Pan American Championships (14:52.06)… Dean’s List student (Fall 2022, Spring 2023)… letterwinner… Cross Country – Competed in five of seven meets… placed fifth at Hawkeye Invite with a collegiate-best 18:17.4 (6,000 meters)… that time ranks seven all-time at Iowa… also ran season-bests 8,000 meters at Badger Classic (25:20.4) and collegiate-best five miles at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (25:22.8)… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2022 -- Cross Country – Iowa’s third finisher at Hawkeye Invite (5th-18:53.4-6,000 meters)… ran season-best 8,000 meters at Gans Creek Classic (25:34.0)… Dean’s List student (Fall 2022)… letterwinner.

High School -- Two-time elite all-state, all-state, all-district and all-conference honoree in cross country, serving as team captain senior year… elite all-state honoree in track senior year… helped cross country team to state title senior year and runner-up title at state meet as a junior… placed seventh at state cross country meet as a senior and ninth as a junior… placed second at conference cross country meet as a senior and third as a junior, helping team to conference titles both seasons… placed third in 3,200 meters at state track meet as a junior and senior… placed seventh in 1,600 meters at state track meet senior year and fifth as a junior… helped team to state track meet title senior year and runner-up finish as a junior… placed sixth in 3,200 meters at Drake Relays, eighth in development mile at Hoka Festival of Miles, and 21st in outdoor two miles at New Balance Nationals senior year… best times are 4:16.13 in mile, 4:19.84 in 1,600 meters and 9:10.72 in 3,200 meters… cross country coach was Jarred Herring… coached by Timothy Ives and Jared Herring… four-year presidential honor roll student… Student Ambassador, Maroon Crew and Ut Fidem member… earned St. Matthew the Apostle Award for business education senior year and John Hayes Award as a junior.
