2025 -- Indoor - Won 1,000 meters with a collegiate-best 2:57.64 and ran a season-best 5:16.51 in mile at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite... ran a collegiate bests in 800 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (2:12.29) and mile at Hawkeye Invite (5:07.55).

2024 -- Indoor - Did not compete... Outdoor - Ran collegiate bests in 800 meters at ISU Alumni Invite (2:13.70) and 1,500 meters at Kip Janvrin Open (4:46.18)... ran lead leg on team-leading 4x1,600-meter relay (20:47.42) at Drake Relays... letterwinner... Cross Country - Competed in four of six races... ran collegiate-best 6,000 meters at B1G Championships (22:29.9) and season-best 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (15:02.0)... Academic All-Big Ten.

2023 - - Cross Country - Ran collegiate bests in 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (14:40.0) and 5,000 meters at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (18:53.1), and season-best 6,000 meters at Bradley Pink Classic (22:41.00)... letterwinner.
