High School — Three-time team MVP… finished fifth overall at the 2009 Iowa state meet, 10th overall at the 2010 state meet and 15th at state as a sophomore… two-time conference champion… district champion as a senior and finished second at districts as a junior… holds top two school records with former Iowa diver, and sister, Deidre Freeman on the one and three-meter boards… three-time academic all-state.
Personal — Born Jan. 13, 1993… daughter of Will and Evelyn Freeman… parents are the track and field/cross country coaches at Grinnell College… Will competed collegiately in pole vault at Florida… Evelyn high jumped at the University of Toronto… has two siblings, Deidre and Cameron… sister, Deidre, is a former All-America diver at Iowa… majoring in elementary education.
