2013-14 — Recorded an NCAA ‘B’ qualifying time and the second-fastest time in program history in the 200-breast (2:13.69) at Big Ten Championships… posted the fourth-best time in school history and a ‘B’ time in the 100-breast (1:02.06) at the Hawkeye Invitational… swam to the eighth-best 200 IM time in UI history (2:03.19) at Big Ten Championships… recorded the eight-best 200-medley relay time and the 10th-best 400-medley relay time… recipient of the Strength and Conditioning Award… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2012-13 — Posted an NCAA ‘B’ qualify time in the 200 breaststroke with a team-best times of 2:14.75…swam the breaststroke leg of the school-record-setting 200-medley relay (1:40.97) at the Big Ten Championships… also finished 18th in the 100 breaststroke (1:03.40) at Big Tens… was a member of the team-leading 400-medley relay (3:42.52)… swam collegiate best times in 100 breaststroke (1:02.52) and 200 IM (2:04.22) at Hawkeye Invitational… posted 10 first place and 16 top-five finishes… recipient of the Strength and Conditioning Award… named Academic All-Big Ten… named a Scholar All-America honorable mention honoree… named to UI Dean’s List… letterwinner.

2011- 12 — Led the team in the 100 (1:02.91) and 200 (2:16.26) breast… member of the 400 medley relay (3:40.33) that set a school record at the Big Ten Championships… posted collegiate best times in the 100 (1:02.91) and 200 (2:16.26) breast at the Big Ten Championships… named Academic All-Big Ten… recorded 14 top-three finishes… CSCAA honorable mention Scholar All-American… letterwinner.

2010-11 — Led team in the 200 breast (2:19.27)… posted collegiate best times in the 50 free (25.99) vs. Truman State, 100 breast (1:04.08) and 200 IM (2:07.67) at the Hawkeye Invitational, 200 breast (2:19.27) vs. Iowa State and 400 IM (4:35.25) at Shamrock Invitational… recorded seven top-two finishes… swam on six winning relays… letterwinner.

High School — Set school record in the 100 breast (1:03.87)… four-time all-conference representative.. two time All-American… three-time conference champion in the 100 breast… placed in the top five at the state meet three times since 2007.
