2015-16 — Did not compete… recipient of the Big Ten Postgraduate Scholarship… received the NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship… Academic All-Big Ten, posting a 4.0 GPA… Big Ten Distinguished Scholar… named to UI’s Dean’s List in fall semester… also named to President’s List.

2014-15 — Recorded season-best times in the 50 free (25.50) and 100 back (57.47)… posted five top-5 finishes… named Academic All-Big Ten and a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar… Dean’s List honoree during fall and spring semesters… named to President’s List in spring semester… letterwinner.

2013-14 — Recorded collegiate-best time in the 100-free (52.83) at Hawkeye Invitational… swam season-best times in the 50-free (24.16) and 100-back (56.89) at the Hawkeye Invitational and the 200-back (2:04.04) against UNI and Michigan State… recorded 10 top-five finishes… Academic All-Big Ten… named to UI Dean’s List in fall and spring semesters… letterwinner.

2012-13 — Recorded collegiate best times in 50 free (23.94), 100 free (51.85), and 100 (56.66) and 200 (2:02.46) back at the Hawkeye Invitational… posted eight top-five finishes… named to UI Dean’s List in fall and spring semesters… letterwinner.

High School — 12-time USA Swimming Junior National qualifier… four-time Senior National qualifier… two-time U.S. Open qualifier… five-time high school All-American and 16-time all-state team qualifier… four-time Iowa High School individual champion, four-time relay state champion and two-time team state champion… won the state title in the 100 back as a sophomore, 50 free, 200 medley relay and 400 free relay as a junior and 100 back, 200 medley relay and 400 free relay as a senior… named the State Athlete of the Year as a junior and the 2011 Iowa Swimming, Inc., LSC Outstanding Senior Swimmer of the Year… holds Iowa High School state records in the 200 medley relay (1:46.15), 100 back (55.87) and 400 free relay (3:31.69)… led team to SCY Speedo Sectional team title in 2011, where she was on the winning 400 medley relay… also was a Drake Relays and state qualifier in track and field… three-time USA Swimming Scholastic All-American… Iowa High School Swim Coaches Association Senior Scholastic Award and Academic All-State… five-time Central Iowa Metro Conference Lamp of Knowledge Award winner… 2011 National Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association Academic All-American… coached by Dan Flannery and Dave Joensen.
