2017-18 Honors — Academic All Big Ten. 2017-18 — Swam career-bests in the 500 free (5:01.12) and 1,650 free (17:18.95) at the Big Ten Championships… had the team’s second-best time in the 1,650 free and third-best in the 400 IM (4:30.06).
2016-17 — Swam to a collegiate-best time in 400 IM (4:26.18) and season-best times in 200 free (1:56.04), 500 free (4:58.02), 1,000 free (10:25.16), and 1,650 (17:25.01) free… ranked second on the team in 400 IM, 1,000 free, and 1,650 free.
2015-16 Honors — Academic All-Big Ten. 2015-16 — Posted season-best times in 100 free (55.15), 200 free (1:53.36), 500 free (4:57.51), 1,000 free (10:30.82), 1,650 free (17:25.46), and 400 IM (4:28.18)… was a member of the third-fastest 800 free relay (7:30.23).
2014-15 — Swam collegiate-best times in the 200 free (1:52.40), 500 free (4:56.76), 1,000 free (10:22.97), 1,650 free (17:22.96), 100 fly (1:01.32), 200 IM (2:12.56), and 400 IM (4:27.17)… posted four wins and two runner-up finishes… recorded 14 top-5 finishes… letterwinner.
High School — Earned all-state honors as a senior after finishing sixth in the 500 free (4:57.94) and eighth in the 200 free (1:52.46)… two-time all-conference selection… voted team’s Most Valuable Swimmer as a senior.
Personal — Born July 8, 1996… daughter of John and Ann Bindseil… has one brother, TJ… majoring in human physiology.
